EFAC Golf & Tennis Event
Raises Funds and Awareness

For the last four years, the annual EFAC Golf & Tennis Classic and Auction at the Wentworth By The Sea Country Club has been very successful thanks to the generous support of participants, donors, corporate sponsors, and volunteers. In 2011, under blue skies, 60 golfers and 21 tennis players enjoyed a day of camaraderie and competition followed by a lunch and auction.

Thanks to the talented auctioneer, Harv Levin, we raised over $17,000 in the auction and $35,000 overall; enough money to send 11 students through 4 years of Kenyan secondary school. This year's event initiative was to raise furnds for our annual Mentor Workshop, and donors to this initiative received beaded bracelets from a women's cooperative in Nkoilale Kenya. What a great way to have a good time and give back all on the same day! Thanks to all who participated.
